Today's Focus Song

Hi RRR fans! 

There are so many songs to choose from that have such a rich history but Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall" is one of the most influential. It was made up of three singles that talked about Pink's devastating life. 

Part 1: The song creates a figurative wall that surrounds Pink after the death of his father. 

 

Part 2: Explains his overprotective mother and abusive teachers. 

 

Part 3: Pink standing up for himself and calling his haters "just bricks in the wall". 

 

   

This song is not only iconic for having three parts that explain Pink's life story but they had a wall built to commemorate the story of the song.  The concert stage had a 340-brick wall which was destroyed at  the end of the concert.
